Henkel recognized by the Hispanic Network Magazine for its company wide diversity efforts

The Hispanic Network Magazine polled hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies for its “2015 Best of the Best” lists naming Henkel a Top Diversity Employer.

Henkel is honored to be recognized for its company wide diversity efforts. “Diversity drives our success,” said Angela Curley, Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Henkel. “As a team, we’re ecstatic that our diversity efforts in the workplace are being recognized by the Hispanic Network Magazine.”
As a globally operating company, Henkel employs around 50,000 people in over 120 nations in more than 75 countries. Workplace diversity, which can also be seen in the attitudes, knowledge and skills of our employees, is an important value and competitive advantage for Henkel.

As part of Henkel’s North America diversity efforts, Henkel offers its employees the opportunity to join any of its employee resource groups across North America. Included in the employee resource groups are the Hispanic Professional Society, Professional Women’s Forum, African American Professional Forum and more.

“Henkel’s employee resource groups serve as a resource to empower and inspire employees to their full potential. They are a vital asset to the success and morale of our employees,” said Curley.
