What we offer

  • Establish and grow our façade and window business in (eastern/northern) France and French speaking Belgium.
  • Identify and win new customers; develop loyal long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage the sales area independently and be the first point of contact for the commercial and technical support of our target customers (facade and window installers, construction managers and planning offices, metal construction companies and specialized wholesalers).
  • Identify and analyze market trends and needs. Work as part of an international team and support international prospects/clients in cooperation with colleagues from other European countries.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the product range, innovations, marketing material, and customer trainings by communicating and exchanging insights from your markets with your international colleagues.

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in business field combined with good technical understanding or degree in technical field (e.g. construction engineering, architecture) with good business acumen.
  • Proven track record in a sales function in construction / building materials (ideally for façade and window installation), technical construction products, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development. Professional experience in the field of façades / windows / metal construction is an advantage.
  • Experience of working in an international environment or a multinational company is an advantage.
  • High level of self-motivation, ambition, and salesmanship. Ability to drive performance in the territory independently Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different target audience (e.g. planners, architects, buyers, construction workers).
  • Excellent French and fluent English Driving license, MS Office skills Home office, ideally based in South of Belgium or North/East of France. Willingness to travel up to 80%.
