We expand and strengthen further our Industrial Electronics Sales Team Europe-India-Middle
East-Africa. Our target: Gaining further market share at strategic and local industrial accounts in
Southern Europe with our leading brands and innovative technologies.

What we offer :

  • Successfully lead cross functional Henkel AE project teams, for strategic-, regional- and local accounts in Southern France, Spain and Portugal as well as for distribution partners in this area, maximizing year-on-year growth in sales and profitability and support activities and major projects at key accounts from strategic market segments in France, Iberica and Northern Africa.
  • Responsible revenue targets - top line and product contribution and overall - as well as overall customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage strategic- and local accounts and accounts from strategic market segments (considering SU strategy) with focus on key relationship development to drive growth, providing technical sales leading to unique customer value and maximizing business potential within the key markets and key countries.
  • Formulation and execution of regularly updated account / market / regional strategic plans, TP (4-year strategic business plan) regional strategic plans, annual Key Performance Indicators.
  • Provide clear direction to cross functional Henkel AE project team regarding strategy execution, responsibilities and expectations.
  • Provide strategic account plan presentations to AE EIMEA management regularly.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting the account / regional strategy including qualification and implementation of products at the customer locations, forecast updates, filling and maintenance of the customer / regional project pipeline database (CAPRIS / ACE), preparation of monthly reports to management.
  • Timely and effective communication about the account / regional strategy execution to members of management, Henkel AE, customers, other Henkel personnel, and any involved outside third parties.
  • Continuously update professional selling and project management skills to keep pace with the practical daily business use of business software and communication equipment and to acquire and maintain and in depth knowledge of all Henkel AE products and their application in customer processes.
  • Effectively manage expenses to budget and company property.
  • Continuously maintain, elevate, broaden and strengthen Henkel’s key relationships at the most relevant and strategic accounts.
  • Continuously update knowledge about all Henkel A technologies for b2b / industrial customers

What we are looking for :

  • Master degree in Chemical Engineer or Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineer and/or Master degree in business administration.
  • Hard worker, independent, with minimum 5-8 years’ experience in field sales or project management position; can also work from home office
  • Regular national/international travel required.
  • Requires a valid drivers license
  • Up-to-date computer skills including business typing skills, strong literacy in Microsoft
  • Windows, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point, CRM - contact management software, Lotus Notes…
  • Outstanding communication capabilities, fluent in English and French. German/Spanish desirable
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
