Strategic Key Account Manager - Henkel Electronics - Power & Industrial Automation H/F

We expand and strengthen further our Industrial Electronics Sales Team Europe-India-Middle
East-Africa. Our target: Gaining further market share at strategic and local industrial accounts in
Southern Europe with our leading brands and innovative technologies.

Votre rôle
  • Successfully lead cross functional Henkel AE project teams, for key accounts, strategic-, regional- and local accounts in the region and a very strong focus on Schneider Electronics / Power & Automation Key Accounts cross EIMEA, maximizing year-on-year growth in sales and profitability.
  • Responsible revenue targets - top line and PC - as well as overall customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage the Schneider Electronics key account and Power & Automation key accounts cross EIMEA with focus on key relationship development to drive growth, providing technical sales leading to unique customer value and maximizing business potential within the key markets and key countries.
  • Formulation and execution of regularly updated key account / market / regional strategic plans, TP (4-year strategic business plan) and annual KP forecasts.
  • Provide clear direction to cross functional Henkel AE project team regarding strategy execution, responsibilities and expectations.
  • Provide strategic key account plan presentations to AE Executive regularly.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting the account / regional strategy including qualification and implementation of products at the customer locations, forecast updates, filling and maintenance of the customer / regional project pipeline database (CAPRIS / ACE), preparation of monthly reports to management.
  • Timely and effective communication about the account / regional strategy execution to members of management, Henkel AE, customers, other Henkel personnel, and any involved outside third parties.
  • Continuously update professional selling and project management skills to keep pace with the practical daily business use of business software and communication equipment and to acquire and maintain and in depth knowledge of all Henkel AE products and their application in customer processes.
  • Effectively manage expenses to budget and company property.
  • Continuously maintain, elevate, broaden and strengthen Henkel’s key relationships at the most relevant and strategic accounts.
  • Continuously update knowledge about all Henkel A technologies for b2b / industrial customers

Vos compétences

  • Bachelors/Master degree in business administration
  • Regular national/international travel required.
  • Requires a valid drivers license
  • May require passing additional security screening based on customer requirements
  • Up-to-date computer skills including business typing skills, strong literacy in Microsoft
  • Windows, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point, CRM - contact management software, Lotus Notes…
  • Outstanding communication capabilities, fluent in English and French. German/Spanish desirable
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
