About this Position
What you´ll do
- Close cooperation with Henkel Consumer Brands Global Professional Hair Controlling team based in Hamburg, partnering with diverse sets of stakeholders
- Support the team with several Financial Planning & Analysis tasks, including planning, forecasting and reporting of actual results
- Prepare various presentation materials and analytical reports for strategic business reviews at the executive level
- Create and maintain impactful dashboards and performance reports to enable an effective data driven decision-making across the organization
- Engage in process optimization and harmonization project initiatives at regional and global level
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex business requirements into BI solutions
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Business Analytics tools (Power BI)
- Focus on detail, precision and working transparently with managing priorities independently
- Active level of English (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of VBA or SQL is a plus
- Flexibility, customer orientation and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new skills

Salary: from €2,000 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a minimum salary. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
