About this position

What you´ll do

  • Lead and manage the global implementation of new supply chain planning tools covering end-to-end planning processes, including Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, Materials Planning, and S&OP/E
  • Act as Program Manager for tool implementations with a strong focus on business value, process excellence, and user adoption
  • Own the overall program structure, roadmap, milestones, and dependencies in close collaboration with global and regional Supply Chain Planning teams and IT
  • Establish and lead global governance structures, including steering committees, project reviews, and decision forums, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making
  • Collect, validate, and challenge business requirements from regional planning organizations and ensure consistent prioritization across planning domains
  • Ensure alignment between global planning process standards, business requirements, and system implementation
  • Act as Change Control Board/Design Authority to ensure that changes are controlled, evaluated, approved, and deployed in a way that protects business continuity and aligns with strategic goals
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across regions and workstreams; drive mitigation actions and escalate where needed
  • Coordinate – together with IT - integrated business testing, cutover preparation, and go‑live activities to ensure stable deployment and minimal business disruption
  • Support the harmonization and continuous improvement of global planning processes
  • Partner with change management and training teams to drive stakeholder engagement, capability building, and sustainable adoption of new planning tools
  • Track and support realization of business benefits from planning transformations, including a.o. improved service levels, planning efficiency, and inventory performance
  • Drive continuous improvement of PM standards, governance, and ways of working for global supply chain planning initiatives.

What makes you a good fit

  • 8–10 years of experience in supply chain management, planning transformations, or business-led project/program management
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain planning processes, including Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, Materials Planning, and S&OP/E
  • Proven experience leading complex, global, cross-functional programs in a matrix organization
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic objectives and operational execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills
  • High level of structuring, organization, and time management capability
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with SAP and advanced planning solutions (e.g., APO, IBP, S/4HANA planning, or comparable systems)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
