About this Position

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our European clients receive exceptional service from order placement through delivery. This position is essential for managing the order processing lifecycle in SAP, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and facilitating timely resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dynamic team and report to the Customer Service Manager, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments. This collaborative environment provides the opportunity to work together seamlessly as you address challenges head-on and explore process improvements. What you´ll do

  • Processing of Customer service support transactions and other specialized tasks.
  • Serve as primary contact person in resolving process-related issues and provide support during critical working days.
  • Ensure timely month-end CSS closing activities.
  • Develop and implement new ideas and process enhancements to current process scope.
  • Handle training to new hires and take key roles in departmental or company-wide committees and activities.
  • Communicate and manage business partners expectations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Preferably with at least three (3) year experience in handling SAP Order Entry Process Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in order entry is required
  • Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
  • Amenable to work on mid-shift schedule (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM),  and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
